    Yes, we deliver on weekdays and weekends, from 7am-7pm. Expect a text notification from our rider if your order is out for delivery for the day. We do not deliver on holidays.

     

    • How can I track my order?

    There will be a text message or email that will keep you updated on the status of your order.

     

    • Do you deliver nationwide?

    • What is the order lead time?

    Delivery may take up to 2-3 days upon order confirmation.

    • What will I do if I booked the wrong product and was delivered?

    Don't worry! You may send us a message via chat, and our team will assist you.

     

    • What are the payment options?

    Cash or COD, GCash, Bank Transfer, and Credit Card

     

    • Do you accept check payment?

    No we do not accept check payments

     

    • How to cancel an order?

    To cancel your order, you must contact us immediately on the day you placed your order, as it should still be tagged as "unfulfilled" on our end to be able to cancel the order.

     

    • Can I reschedule my delivery?

    Yes, you may reschedule or choose a preferred date of delivery. Please make sure that an immediate notice for this has been made so that we may plan the rider's schedule in advance.
